I am Theo, 32 years. Before I was the man I am today, I used to be a skinny-fat, hedonist, nihilist kind of guy, escaping life through partying, drinking, chasing girls, porn, video games, binge-watching TV-series and other vices and no exercise in my adult life. I was lost with no direction.
I hit rock bottom with daily panic attacks that had me on the brink of suicide and decided I must change. Physical fitness became a cornerstone in my process but I've also picked up many holistic health and mindset tools since then and never looked back. It has completely transformed me and my life.
Many of us struggle with the same kinds of things. We know what bad habits we'd need to quit and what good habits we'd need to develop but still find ourselves unable to do it. And frankly, there's so much contradictory information regarding fitness out there that it's not easy to know where to start.
My aim with Uncommon Sense Bodybuilding is to remove all question marks and provide you with a solid blueprint towards lasting results.
